Welcome to Love Nails Beauty & Spa. We are committed to providing a relaxing, clean, and professional environment for all clients. Please review our salon policies to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments are recommended to guarantee service availability. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed (“no-shows”) may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service to avoid delays for other clients.

Health & Safety

  • For the health and safety of our staff and clients, we kindly ask that you do not visit the salon if you are feeling unwell, have open wounds, or have a contagious condition.
  • We follow strict sanitation protocols in accordance with state board regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Service Satisfaction

  • Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with a service, please notify us within 72 hours so we can address any concerns. We do not offer refunds but will gladly make reasonable adjustments.

Children & Guests

  • For safety and relaxation, we kindly request that children under 12 not be brought to the salon unless they are receiving services. Only clients receiving services are allowed in service areas.

Payment & Gratuity

  • We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Gratuities are appreciated and can be given directly to your technician or added to your payment.

Gift Certificates & Promotions

  • Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless specified.

Personal Belongings

  • Please keep personal belongings with you. Love Nails Beauty & Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
